I know I wore a cap and gown. I know I walked across the stage and received my diploma. I get it but I just can't seem to wrap my head around the fact that I graduated this weekend. It feels so surreal and I think this quote from one of my favorite movies, Motorcycle Diaries, sums things up perfectly.
"Cada momento parece partido en dos... melancolia por lo que quedo atras y por otro lado, todo el entusiasmo por lo que nos espera."
As excited as I am for what the future holds, I can't help but feel a little sad for the amazing time in my life that I'm leaving behind. Regardless of how strange I feel though, I still had an amazing weekend! I graduated, obviously, then had an little get together at the house followed by much more lively festivities at Quino's later that night.

Cheers to all my fellow graduates, the future is brighter than we can imagine!
Last but not least, none of this would have been possible without my wonderful parents, so this shout out is for them. They are the most loving and supportive parents a girl could ask for, and despite their occasional craziness I love them to pieces!
You are so absolutely adorable!!! Good Luck with your exciting experience! I miss our chats!! =(
